About Us

    Easy Riders Surf School is located on the Central American Pacific Coast of Costa Rica in Playa Jaco.

  It was founded in 2007 by Dave Sanchez, along with a select team of  professional surf instructors,

  all of whom are fully bilingual, have extensive teaching backgrounds and a broad history of competitive  

  and free surfing experience, both  nationally and internationally.   

    Easy Riders Surf School is proud to share with everyone, one of the most beautiful, tropical places on earth. 

  With amazing scenery and one of the most consistent surf breaks  in the world, 

   surfers of all ages and abilities can learn and relax in a very tranquil atmosphere.

  Playa Jaco is a perfect beginners’ surf breaks,  with left’s and right’s breaking year-round. 

  It is also a bustling town where there is easy access to various restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, bars, nightclubs, Banks, ATM’s,  etc. 

  Playa Hermosa, a quick and easy 5 miles from the town of Jaco, is a smaller, laid back town. 

  It is internationally known as one of the the most consistent,  world class surf spots.    

  It is ideal for the more advanced/expert surfer.

Easy Riders Surf School has partnered with a medium-sized boutique style hotel, 

Hotel Poseidon.  It is located a half a block from the beach, and in the center of town, 

making it an easy walk to all the amenities Jaco has to offer.  In addition, 

Hotel Poseidon has a swimming pool, a bistro-style restaurant with full-bar 

and upstairs you will find the air-conditioned Sky Lounge & Sports Bar.
